1rst landscape
Wild and primary land.
2nd landscape
the creation of the concepts of nature and culture (1.)
human modifications, domination, control and exploitation over the land.
3rd landscape
the wasteland,
“undecided fragment of the planetary garden”,
“refuge for diversity, made up of the sum of neglected lands, reserves and primary sets”, (Manifest of the third landscape, Gilles Clément).
4th landscape an encounter between the 2nd and the 3rd landscape, a tentative to collaborate to give back its autonomy to the land by developing sustainable structures and behaviors which are not killing or destroying, but help to heal and grow again. the 4th landscape is about questioning our role as human as part of nature but also as dominants. Find solutions, listen, being listened, find harmony and balance on what we give and what we receive, on being active and passive, to trust and be trusted. to dismantle hierarchy and grow an anarchy garden. 1. voir Philipe Descola, Par-delà nature et culture (2005, Gallimard) & Qui à inventé la nature?
